Porcelain Jewellery Workshop

(14+)

In this 2.5hr workshop our resident tutor Stephanie will introduce you to the techniques and skills required to create unique and beautiful jewellery pieces from porcelain clay. Porcelain is a type of clay that is known for its translucency, strength, and beauty, making it an ideal material for jewellery making. During the workshop, you will be introduced to the basic tools and techniques of working with porcelain clay. You will learn how to shape, mould, and carve the clay to create your own unique jewellery. Stephanie will introduce decorative slips which can be applied to your porcelain jewellery. Expect to make a selection of jewellery pendants and charms and a single carved porcelain stamp which can be used as a makers mark or texture stamp to use on your jewellery pieces.

-Work will be ready to collect 3 weeks after your workshop.
